Exhibitor FAQ

SPACE ONLY: Refers to your contracted area comprising of only bare floor space. You will need to provide your own stand. The dimensions & position of your stand will be marked out with tape to show the boundary of your stand. All space only stands must submit a stand drawing for approval to RX detailing dimensions and material to be used to our Operations Manager. You can also submit your plans through Task 7 of the Exhibitor Portal

SHELL SCHEME: Your booth is ready built and provided to you - includes floor space, construction, rear and sides walls (where applicable), carpet tiles, fascia signage and spotlights.

FASCIA: The panel running horizontally around the top edge of your stand. This would normally display your Trading Name.

EXHIBITOR MANUAL: Readable part of the manual with relevant show information. 

EXHIBITOR PORTAL: Portal that is accessed with exhibitor login in order to complete show Tasks. Please contact the Events Team if you have trouble accessing this. 

On the day of launch, each exhibitor will receive an email from RX ([email protected]) with a link to create their login and password to access the Exhibitor Portal. This gives you access to complete exhibitor tasks such as editing your profile, submitting images for your Event Guide listing, and outlining your stand preferences.

As part of your stand package, all exhibitors will receive an Online Company Profile which includes: 

  • Company name
  • Company logo
  • Description
  • Contact details
  • Links to website and social media
  • Product images
  • Product/Category listing
  • Brand Listing

Task 1 is your web profile. The information inputed here will be used for your online Exhibitor Directory listing. We will also use the information you input from the 'Why Visit Our Stand' section and your Display Name for your profile in our Event Guide (both digital and print editions). Note that the information on your profile on the due date will be used for the guide - you must ensure information is updated and correct by this date.

Task 2a is for the Event Guide logo and product image submission. 

Task 2b is only required for those exhibitors who have purchased an upgrade to a half page, full page or double page spread advertisement.

No, power is not included. However, you can order power from the Exponet Portal via Task 8.

Included in your stand is: 2x LED spotlights per 9sqm, if you would like additional lighting this is also available to order via Task 8.

This can be ordered through the venue via Task 12Alternatively you can use the free Wi-Fi provided by the venue for web browsing (please note this will have a download limit). 

All information regarding deliveries (including delivery labels) can be found under the Operations section of the Exhibitor Manual.

Goods should not be delivered prior to Wednesday 11th February 2025.

You will need to register your details via Task 3 in the Exhibitor Portal. Your badge will then be available to pick up at one of our Customer Service desks during move-in or show days.

All floor aisles and stands will be cleaned the night before the show opens. However if you require stand cleaning at the end of the day 1, please complete Task 12 in the manual, or see someone from the ICC Customer Service desks.

Admission is restricted to professional and business visitors. No person under the age of 14 years, including children of exhibitors, will be admitted during move-in or move-out.

If you are bringing in children during the show days you will need to sign a waiver at the Customer Service desks.
