How do I register?

Register online at any time for any Reed Gift Fairs event in 2020.

I have a GIC card - will this still work?
As of December 2017, we ceased the GIC cards and moved to an annual registration. You will need to register fresh and only once each year for all four events.

I didn’t get my print at home badge
You can contact our registration provider on 02 9211 7544 to have it re-sent or visit registration onsite to have your badge re-printed.

Can I bring a friend or guest?
In order to deliver a safe event for our customers, for Reed Gift Fairs Melbourne, guest tickets will not be permitted. This is to control visitor numbers, in adherence to the strict health and safety regulations; as well as ensure our exhibitors are presented with a qualified buyer. Any legitimate staff in your business should be registered through the main registration process and able to prove business ID if requested.

Can I bring my child?

Reed Gift Fairs events are trade only and children are not permitted under the age of 14. Of course, we welcome mothers with children under the age of two, permitted they are in a carrier or stroller for their safety. Head to Customer Service for a security approved pass to access the halls.

Is this show open to the public?

Do you have free parking?
Unfortunately we do not - we are bound by the venues we host our events in. We occasionally secure discounts and will let you know via email and the visiting page when we do.

When will I get my badge?
Your badge is available as soon as you register in your confirmation email and we aim to re-send this to you one week out from each event.

How does the airport shuttle work?
Available to both visitors and exhibitors an airport shuttle will run from outside the Sofitel for Reed Gift Fairs Sydney - times TBC.

Do you have a shuttle bus? 
There is a shuttle bus that will run between Reed Gift Fairs, Darling Harbour and AGHA, Olympic Park every 30mins Saturday - Monday during Reed Gift Fairs Sydney. First bus is at 9.15am and final bus is at 6.15pm picking up and dropping off at the rear of Hall 6 on Level 4.

Is there an official event app?
No need. Our brand new website fully supports a mobile experience making it easier for you to plan your visit all in the one place! 

How can I keep a record of who I meet?
"Ask To Be Scanned" - our exhibitors are using a Reed Gift Fairs exclsuively developed app that will scan your badge and email a list of all contacts you personally met in the Reed Gift Fairs halls.


Where can I find the VIP or Platinum lounges?

Our complementary lounges will usually be found at the front of the halls, in the specialty Suites at both MCEC and ICC Sydney (upstairs).

Is there more than one venue?
In 2020, all Reed Gift Fairs events will be located in the one venue. Melbourne events will be at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, and Sydney events will be at the ICC Sydney.

Is there more than one level?
Reed Gift Fairs Sydney February in the ICC will be across both Level 1 and Level 4. The remaining events for the year are all on one level.

I need a wheelchair where can I get one?

Visit our Customer Service desk onsite to arrange a wheelchair through our venues.

Is photography permitted at the event?
To protect the privacy and confidentiality of exhibitors and their products, no video or still photography from digital cameras or mobile phones is permitted without prior approval from the exhibitor.

Are cash sales permitted? 
The sale and removal of product from within the fair is restricted to the final hour of the final day (2-3pm only). Removal of product prior to this time is not allowed without approval from the organisers.

Plain clothes security guards are on patrol at all times.

Can I store my items in the cloakroom?
Items larger than a standard size briefcase are not allowed into the fair, however we do provide a complimentary cloakroom for secure storage of such items. All cloakrooms will close promptly at 6pm (3pm on the final day). Whilst all care is taken for your property, we do not accept responsibility for items left after this time.

Can I have a book? Where are the books?

To receive a copy of our event guide before the show you must have either attended last year’s event, or pre-registered in advance before the production cut off. Please note, the book is only sent one per company, to Director/Owner/Partners and key buyers within the industry. We occasionally have leftover copies our team can post you from our office, however once these run out there is an online version available.

Where can I find 'this' exhibitor?
Refer to our online exhibitor directory by typing in their name to find their stand location; or if onsite refer to the floorplan by the entry doors.

Occassionally, we are located near other trade events, here is who you need to know in 2020:

  • Retail Quarter Melbourne is co-located with Frontline, entry at Door 4 in the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
  • Reed Gift Fairs Sydney is co-located with Life Instyle, entry from Level 4
  • Reed Gift Fairs Melbourne is all under the on roof at the MCEC Melbourne Halls 1 to 8
  • Retail Quarter Sydney is a stand alone event at ICC Sydney.
