What inspires you to innovate?
Our customers inspire us to innovate. We listen to our customers’ needs, desires and problems and create unique and practical products that our customers love!
Where do you look for trends and inspiration?
We are a beach focused brand so we often find trends and inspiration in coastal communities and with like minded people.
How do you know you’re onto a winner when creating/sourcing a new product?
We are more than a product, we are an experience. We have found winning products through years of development, refinement, research and innovation giving our customers a unique and practical experience through our vibrant and authentic products.
Something we might not know, but will be glad found out about your business:
Destination label was started by Anthony Glick, Bondi Rescue lifeguard and photographer. It started out with a fun idea to make his own beach towel, using one of his unique photos. The towel caught the eyes of beach goers and from there a trend was created. Fast forward 2 years and we now sell almost 100 different items.
Describe what a typical working day looks like:
Our team is working daily to develop new and exciting products which are practical and high quality and relatable to our customers. We pride ourselves with our customer service offering fast and efficient response and delivery times.

Customers love our business because of the thought behind each product. Close attention is paid to each and every detail to ensure the product is perfect every time.
What’s changed post-pandemic for your business?
Our business targets both the tourist market but also locals due to the practicality and relatability of each product.
However, since the pandemic we have broadened our range to provide all year round and diverse products for any occasion.
Why is it important to return to face-to-face trade events like Reed Gift Fairs?Retail has changed significantly in the last 12 months. It is more volatile than ever and it’s important to offer customers a great experience every time. It is extremely important to have a face to face event like Reed Gift Fair to be able to reconnect with buyers and people in the industry.
What’s one piece of business advice you’d give to yourself 10 years ago?
One bit of advice I would give myself 10 years ago would be to just give it a go. I always wanted to create my own business but it seemed like a daunting task so I pondered on it for way too long.
What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learnt over the years?
Over the years I have learned that it is extremely important to learn how to delegate and work with other people rather than trying to do everything yourself.
What do the next 12 months look like for you?
The next 12 months is going to be very exciting time with many more new and vivid products.

What product/range are you personally most excited about right now?
I am most excited about all the new products we are going to launch this year, in particular about our range of vibrant gym towels!

Our customers keep coming back for more because we give them a great product at a very fair price point. The gift that keeps on giving!
