Tucked away in the Southern forests of Western Australia (15km north of Walpole, 420 km south of Perth) Thurlby grows herbs and manufactures soap for exclusive handmade products. From simple beginnings as a family based business, Thurlby has grown into a successful company with an international reputation. Thurlby has over 1000 retail outlets throughout Australia, Europe and Asia. Over 30 years ago, the herb garden at Thurlby was first planted. The goal of Thurlby is simple. 'To make fine quality botantically based products – without synthetic additives – the sort of products we would like to use ourselves.' A range of herbal blends, handmade soaps and skincare was developed using traditional herbal knowledge, a thriving garden and surrounding forests. Thurlby products contain no synthetic additives, no parabens, no lauryl sulphates or dyes. Thurlby creates exclusive handmade botanical homewares, using the finest natural ingredients to produce our soaps, clothing protectors and drawer sachets in addition to other plant-based products. From feminine Bloom, earthy Natural Selection, our Tailormade men’s range and introducing our new range, Mandala, the wonderfully distinctive and natural fragrances of our products will soothe your senses as well as keep your clothing safe from little critters. Our business is founded on strong environmental and ethical principles. Our product packaging is predominantly made from recycled cotton fibre – a by product from the clothing industry. Attention to detail is so important to us, we try to ensure our products are the purest possible, inside and out.
