Monthly via Reed e-pay

Reed e-pay is a monthly payment process for Exhibitors who are signed up to 3 or more shows per year. Not only will this enable you to manage your cash flow and reduce your paperwork, but it could also save you money!

How It Works
If you choose the Monthly Payment Option, once you have signed your multiple show agreement we will send you ONE invoice that outlines the amount you will be required to pay monthly. Once authorised, this amount will then either be debited from your credit card* or from your business bank account depending on your preferred payment option.

The amount you will be required to pay each month will be calculated so that you will have paid in full by the start of your last show of the year.

Did you know American Express Card members could be eligible to pay for participation, accommodation and flights using the Membership Rewards Concierge Service1 using Membership Rewards2 points?

To confirm your eligibility, simply call the number on the back of your American Express Card.  Once confirmed, inform your Reed Exhibitions Account Manager you wish to pay via American Express.

1. There is typically no cost for Platinum Business Concierge, although you are responsible for any purchases and/or shipping charges you authorise. Fees may apply for meetings and event planning.
