So you'd like to exhibit at Reed Gift Fairs? To get started, you'll need to fill out an application. If you are a first time Australia or New Zealand exhibitor, please take the time to fill out the application form below and provide a background on your company and its goals. If you are an international exhibitor, please read on.
Apply to Exhibit
After your application has been approved, you will be eligible to exhibit at any of the Reed Gift Fairs, subject to availability. After your first fair, you will be invited to exhibit based on your exhibit history and frequency of your participation at Reed Gift Fairs.

Reed Gift Fairs offers an exciting new opportunity for international exhibitors outside of Australia or New Zealand to now apply to exhibit at our fairs. Please note that availability to feature as an international exhibitor is limited and based on selected companies which add product differentiation to our fairs. If you are an international exhibitor with no Australian or New Zealand distribution facility and are interested in applying to exhibit at our fairs, firstly please read our terms and conditions before filling out the application form below;

International Exhibitor Terms and Conditions:
- It is accepted and acknowledged that Reed Gift Fairs is a trade only event
- Your product does not duplicate that of a current Australian or New Zealand exhibitor
- Your product will develop and enhance the visitor experience at Reed Gift Fairs
- Your acceptance into the show is based on a maximum of 2 years participation before you would be required to validate an authorised Australian or New Zealand based warehouse or distributor
- Full payment in advance is compulsory (GST inclusive)
Please be advised that the acceptance of international brands will be limited and subject to availability based on the above terms and conditions. Once you have completed the application this will be reviewed by our team and we will contact you within 2 weeks to advise if your application has been successful.
