How much does it cost?

All Reed Gift Fairs are free for members of the gift industry.

Do I need to register?

Yes, unless you already have one of the following Gift Industry Cards from an earlier fair.

How do I register?


  1. Download, print and complete the Visitor Registration Form (Adobe PDF 222KB).

  2. Attach copies of supporting documentation:
    • 2 × Business documents that identify your business and prove its involvement in the gift industry. You must provide two of the following items:
      - Invoice from gift supplier
      - Business card
      - Business registration documents
      - Company credit card
      - Company order book

    • 1 × Personal document with photo ID that clearly identifies you, the visitor, who will be attending the fair. You must provide one of the following items:
      - Drivers license
      - Australian Government issued ID card
      - Passport
    • Written proof of your ABN
  3. Return the registration form and copies of documentation to us through any of the following methods:

Is there a deadline?

Yes, registration closes at 12.00pm on the last day of the fair.

Does it matter when I register?

Yes, there are some slight differences in the registration process if you leave it to the last minute.

More than 2 weeks before

Your Gift Industry Card will arrive in the mail before the fair and you will use it on the day.

Less than 2 weeks before

You will need to bring proof of identity on the day since your Gift Industry Card won't arrive until after that fair is over. But don't worry, you will be able to use your Gift Industry Card for access to Reed Gift Fairs in the future.

During the fair

You will need to bring copies of all supporting documentation on the day.

What if I've lost my card?

Contact us for a replacement card. There will be a small replacement fee of $15.

Can I bring guests?

Yes, each registered visitor may bring 1 guest to assist on the day, except for the final day when guests are not permitted. Your guest does not need to fill out a registration form, simply ask for a guest pass when you arrive at the fair.

If you choose to bring a guest to the fair they:

  • Must stay with you at all times
  • Cannot order or purchase goods under any circumstances
  • Cannot attend the last day of each fairs

If any of these rules are broken your guest may be asked to leave the fair.
